What does it mean to eat unprocessed foods?

Unprocessed foods are foods that come in whole food form- think fruits, veggies, meat. It does not mean that you can never touch something processed again. It is about eating mostly whole foods and then reading your labels and making informed decisions in the grocery store.

Do you expect me to eat only unprocessed foods?

Can you do it? Absolutely! However, I cannot expect you to only eat unprocessed foods forever. My goal for my clients is to eat as many real foods as possible. I will teach them how to read labels so that when they are picking out packaged products, they know exactly what they are eating.

What results can I expect?

Members of this 5-day jumpstart can expect to come out with a clear vision of what an "un-processed diet" means to them. From there they will learn how to plan, shop, and cook with whole foods so they feel confident in the kitchen. Laying a foundation of eating an unprocessed diet will help members reach long-term dietary changes to better their health.
