Ingredients
  

  • 1 lbs Cooked chicken breast shredded
  • 1 cup Avocado mayo Chosen foods
  • 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Kalamata olives chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Red Onion chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Pepperoncini chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Parsley
  • ½ teaspoon Dill
  • ½ teaspoon Oregano
  • ½ teaspoon Onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients except the chicken into a bowl and whisk together.
  • Pour sauce over the shredded chicken and mix together until the chicken is thoroughly coated.
  • Serve with your favorite veggies, crackers or bread. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Add any veggies you like to the mix or on the side.
  • This can also make a great appetizer if you put it on toasted baguette or cucumber slices.
  • Use your favorite Greek salad dressing instead of all the spices in the sauce.
