Ground Turkey Bulgogi-Inspired Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon Avocado Oil
  • 1 lbs Ground Turkey
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Powder
  • 1 cup Primal Kitchen Korean-Style BBQ Sauce
  • 12 oz Cauliflower Rice
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots
  • 2 cup Snow Peas
  • 4 Green Onion thinly sliced
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat a pan to medium heat and add avocado oil and ground turkey. Season with garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper. Cook the turkey for about 8 minutes or until browned.
  • Add 1 cup Primal Kitchen Korean-style BBQ sauce to the turkey and simmer until it is warm.
  • Remove the turkey and add the cauliflower rice to the pan. Cook for 10 minutes or until it is golden and slightly crispy.
  • Remove the cauliflower rice and add carrots and snow peas. Saute these for about 2 minutes then remove from the pan.
  • Build your bowl with turkey, cauliflower rice, carrots and snow peas. Top with green onions. Drizzle with extra sauce. Enjoy!
