Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until combined- about 3 minutes. It should be a pasty texture, not grainy.
Use a baller (about an inch in diameter) to create the balls.
Refrigerate for an hour or until firm- of course you can always eat right away too! Keep refrigerated for up to a week.
Notes
Use any spices you like- pumpkin spice is a great addition (I think).
This recipe will make about 10 chocolate date balls, you can always double it for more!
Use any type of nut butter you like.
Sometimes these are a bit oily at first, but it should become less oily when refrigerated. This is made with all ingredients that have some natural oils :)
