Ingredients

  • 4 Pork Chops
  • ½ cup Olive oil
  • ¼ cup Champagne vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard I like Noble Made
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Whisk all marinade ingredients together and pour into a gallon size zip-top bag along with the pork chops. You can set aside a small amount of the marinade to pour over when pork chops are finished cooking.
  • Marinade the pork chops in your refrigerator for at least an hour- preferably at least 2 hours. This will also sit well overnight.
  • When you are ready to cook, grease your air fryer or sheet pan with your favorite cooking fat. For the air fryer, cook on 375°F for 10-12 minutes, depending on the thickness of the pork chop. For the oven, cook 375°F for about 20 minutes. For both the oven and the air fryer, cook until the pork chop reaches an internal temperature of 145°F degrees.
  • Drizzle with extra marinade that you set aside and enjoy!

Notes

  • As I mentioned, you can marinade overnight or just a couple of hours before.
  • If you don't have champagne vinegar, you can use apple cider vinegar.
  • This marinade goes great on veggies, chicken or fish too.
