Watermelon Salad with Lime Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Watermelon
  • 2 cups Arugula
  • ½ cup English cucumber
  • 3 tablespoon Crumbled feta
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ Lime juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Chop the watermelon and cucumber into equal-sized pieces (about 1 inch).
  • Combine the watermelon, cucumber, arugula, and feta into a large bowl.
  • Combine olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper into a small bowl and whisk together.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and lightly toss.
  • Serve and enjoy.
