Combine chia seeds, almond milk and nut butter into mason jar (or other container) and mix with spoon until nut butter is broken up and combined into mixture.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. It is better to let it sit over night.
When you are ready to eat it, heat coconut oil in a pan on medium. Add diced apple, banana and cinnamon to pan and sauté until apples are fork tender. This should only take about five minutes.
Top chia seed pudding with cinnamon coated fruit and sliced almonds. ENJOY!
Notes
Add any other warm spices you like- pumpkin spice would be great!
Make enough for a few days at a time because it saves well in the fridge.
