Ingredients

  • 1 lbs Beef Tenderloin Tips
  • 2 cups Pineapple Cubed
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper Cubed
  • 1 Red Onion Cubed
  • 1 bottle Classic Marinade from The New Primal
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients into a gallon size ziplock back or a large bowl. Marinade in the fridge for 1-4 hours.
  • When you are ready to cook, heat a large pan (I like cast iron) to medium high heat. Pour everything that has been marinated, including the sauce, into the pan.
  • Cook for 20 minutes or until the meat is cooked through and veggies are fork tender.
  • Serve over your favorite grain or veggie (cauliflower rice, rice, quinoa).

Notes

  • As I mentioned above, use any meat that you and your family enjoys!
  • Make it easy on yourself and get a pre-made marinade. I love The New Primal's marinades. You can use the code ALTITUDE15 for 15% off your order.
  • You can do this in a cast iron on the grill to keep your house cool in the summer, or on the stove if you prefer.
  • Serve this over any rice of your choosing. To make it Whole30 compatible, cauliflower rice is a good option. If you like rice, quinoa, or any other grain, those are delicious too!
