Ingredients
  

  • 1 lbs Ground Pork or other ground meat
  • 1 quart Chicken Broth
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes blended until smooth
  • 14.5 oz Pizza Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper diced
  • 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
  • ½ White Onion Sliced
  • ¼ cup Olives
  • 1 package Pasta I like Jovial shells
  • 1 tablespoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat a pot to medium heat. Add olive oil and ground pork to the pan. Cook meat until browned.
  • Add onions, red bell peppers, and mushrooms to the pan and saute for 5 minutes.
  • Add chicken broth, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, pizza sauce, olives, and seasonings to the pan. Bring this to a boil and let simmer for about 20 minutes.
  • In the meantime, cook your pasta according to the package.
  • Add the pasta to the pot, serve and enjoy!
