I'm a mom, a real food lover, and someone who genuinely geeks out on how the body works. I started this blog because I believe healthy eating shouldn't feel like a second job - especially when you're already running a household.
I've been in the wellness world long enough to know that most advice skips the "why." You can follow a meal plan perfectly and still feel like something isn't clicking. That's because food isn't just fuel - it's information your body is constantly responding to. Understanding that changed everything for me, and it's what I teach my clients.
What makes my approach different: I don't just hand you a list of what to eat. I help you understand your metabolism, your hormones, and your patterns - so you can make decisions that stick even when life gets chaotic. That's the difference between following a program and actually building a new normal.
